TRIP SCHEDULE
09 MARCH FRIDAY – LARNACA /ATHENS
05.15 Bus pick up - All outside Maro apartments.
05.30 Proceed to Larnaca.
06:30 Arrival and check in at Larnaca airport.
08:20 Fly to Athens with A3 903.
10:05 Arrival in Athens – airport check out and transfer to hotel.
11:30 Approximate arrival at: Hotel Astor 16 Karageorgi Servias

Optional walk tour with the Group Leaders.
Free rest of the day.
10 MARCH -SATURDAY – ATHENS
Breakfast
09:00 Guided tour of the Acropolis and the Athens Museum.
Rest of the day is free
11 MARCH - SUNDAY - ATHENS
Free day in Athens
12 MARCH - MONDAY – ATHENS/ROME


Flight: A3 650 12 Mar ATH/FCO 08:45 - 10:00
05.30 Early breakfast
Arrangements will be made with the hotel to have a light breakfast prepared for us at 5.30.
06:00 Bus transfer to the airport to board the above flight.
07:00 Check-in
08:45 On the plane to Rome - The flight is 2 hours.
10:00 Arrival at Fumicino airport in Rome.There is one hour difference so please turn back your watches.

Check in
13:30 We will go by metro to the Colosseum.
14:00 Meet the guide outside the Colosseum metro station.
After Colosseum , we have the 3 hour walking tour of Rome. Wear comfortable walking shoes. Umbrellas might be necessary.
The rest of the day is free.
The group leaves for ROME 13 MARCH - TUESDAY - ROME
Breakfast.
08:30 We will walk to the metro station to go to the Vatican.
09:30 2 Hours guided tour of the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel. One hour tour of St. Peter’s. Headsets in English are included.

14 MARCH – WEDNESDAY - PROCEED TO FLORENCE
Breakfast & check out
09:00 Leave for Pisa
13:00 Arrival in Pisa
13:00 - 15:00 Two hours to visit the Pisa Tower and lunch
15:30 Leave for Florence
17:00 Check Point.
17:15 Brief stop for a Panoramic view of the city and to see the exact copy of the Statue of David ( The original one is in Academia Museum) .

15 MARCH - THURSDAY – FLORENCE
Breakfast
09:00 Walk to the Uffizi.
09:45 2 Hours Guided tour of Uffizi .
11:45 End of the guided tour.

16 MARCH - FRIDAY - VISIT VENICE -/ BARCELONA
Breakfast.
08:45 Check out and load the bus.
09:00 Drive to Venice Tronchetto.
The bus will take the group to Tronchetto.
It takes 3 hrs and 45 min to drive from Florence to the ferry port near Venice, including 2 stops (one for the toilet and one for the permit).
13:00 Approximate arrival at permit area. (we have to show confirmation from the hotel to enter Venice Mestre).
13:30 Arrival at the ferry port.
14:00 On the ferry boat.
14:30 Arrival in Venice - Free time
18:30 Meet at the Vaporetto place for the return trip.
On the ferry boat and back to the port.
19:00 On the bus SIM & SIE groups.
Drive to Venice airport for SIM students.
17 MARCH – SATURDAY – VENICE – MILAN – ATHENS - LARNACA

04:30 Check out and on the bus to reach Milan in time for the return flight.
08:30 Arrival at the airport. Check in.

20:30 Arrival at Larnaca airport.
Check out. Transfer by bus to Nicosia
